When I got windows installed in January 2015, I was less than happy with the wait, and the whole experience in general, but those owners have moved on. I needed some adjustments made to my windows today, and the manager, Jerry, came to my house right away and was so efficient, pleasant, and eager to improve Window World of Springfield's reputation. He encouraged me to call him any time. Very satisfied.

I bought replacement Windows several years ago for a rental property. They look great and are very energy efficient. I recently had a renter break the glass in several different windows. Window World has an Excellent Glass Breakage Warranty and with no questions asked, they came out and fixed all of the broken windows. We had Window World install our windows during the winter months. It took awhile from ordering to installation; a few months. But we were in no hurry. The installers were efficient, respectful, timely and so courteous. We had a great experience! We called to get more windows installed for the second floor just yesterday and again got warm courteous and friendly communication. They ARE going through a new ownership process. Consider them! They should be ready to take appointments for free estimates within the next month.
